  • Provide a professional HR business partnering service to line managers across the entire employee life cycle.
  • First point of contact and intermediary for line managers and employees.
  • Coach line managers on people management practices.
  • Implement HR-related programs including but not limited to value-adding employee development initiatives delivering information sessions on core HR activities and assisting stakeholders with HR processes and systems.
  • Consult and support line managers in relation to grievances and disciplinary issues including performance and/or conduct and conduct where required investigations.
  • Develop line manager knowledge and capability in people management matters.

Youll Need

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or significant experience in a similar role.
  • A demonstrated working knowledge of employment law and industrial relations legislation including interpreting and applying a range of industrial instruments.
  • Experience in developing and implementing people-related policies and procedures.
  • Previous hands-on experience leading workplace investigations making recommendations and assisting in solving complex problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including well-developed negotiation and influencing capabilities.
