Are you passionate about relationship-building and mission-driven work Xavier University seeks a dynamic advancement professional to join the Office of University Advancement a team dedicated to engaging alumni parents and friends in meaningful ways that advance the Universitys Jesuit Catholic mission.

Position: Annual Giving Officer

Department: Office of the Annual Fund
Reports To: Executive Director for University Relations

Key Responsibilities

Manage a personal portfolio of annual giving prospects and complete 150 meaningful contacts per year.
Solicit and renew annual gifts to expand and strengthen Xaviers donor community.
Attend University events to identify cultivate and steward new prospects.
Collaborate with Alumni Relations and University Engagement teams on chapter-based fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree and at least two years of professional experienceideally in fundraising sales or relationship management.
Exceptional communication skills initiative and a goal-driven mindset.
