Job Summary

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance repair and custodial duties to ensure the facility remains safe clean and operational. Work includes basic carpentry plumbing electrical painting HVAC support and preventive maintenance tasks across the stadium complex.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance and repair of building systems fixtures and equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and log activities in maintenance records.
Assist with HVAC plumbing and electrical repairs under supervision as needed.
Operate hand and power tools safely to complete carpentry painting and fixture installations.
Support event setup and teardown ensuring facilities are operational for each event.
Respond promptly to work orders service calls and emergency maintenance requests.
Maintain clean and safe work areas; ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Move and lift materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Perform outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in building maintenance custodial or facilities operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing carpentry electrical and mechanical systems.
Boiler Operator Certificate preferred.
Ability to read and follow safety procedures maintenance manuals and equipment guidelines.
Willingness to work irregular hours and respond to 24-hour recall as needed.

Schedule: Full-time 35 hours per week

Monday Wednesday Friday: 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday Thursday: 11:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
On-call availability required for special events or emergencies

Work Environment:

This position involves both indoor and outdoor work under varying temperatures and weather conditions. It requires standing walking climbing lifting and bending for extended periods.
