Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Logistics Specialist located in Suzhou.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager the Logistics Specialist role involves
What a typical day looks like:
- 日常管理工作
- AEO年度审核支持
- LEANSGA项目的每月每季度支持协调
- 供应商KPIQBR支持
- 海关政策和物流市场资讯的月度更新
- 协调药监局为所有医疗项目审批的政府事务提供支持
- 维护政府事务工作平台
- 各项政府补贴政府接待的支持
- 配合主管leader做好trade compliance方面的管理工作比如中国出口管控最终用途证明等
- 账单及发票
- 日常FCCP系统发票审批(RMB1000以下部分)
- 日常账单及发票异常处理
- 成品外仓SF账单及发票处理
- 账单及发票流程优化
- ROW月度账单及后续客户审结
- 物流询价及合同为项目提供日常支持
- 国际运输询价包含新线路危险品设备及特殊尺寸等货物运输
- 国内报关及运输业务询价
- 国内/国际物流供应商招标和合同续签
- 新项目物流成本报价和解决方案
- 熟悉国际国内物流市场动态提供解决方案并及时并持续货运报价跟踪和分析
- 物流费用分析方案制定
- e-PFA费用预估及后续追踪与审结
- 异常货运成本分析及追踪如疫情旺季附加费和违规成本
- 月度运费成本报告分析及制定
- 年度运费平衡表分析及调整
- 年度运费目标报告分析及制定
- 运费成本优化制定及费用追踪
- 日常进出口路线优化
- 其他货运相关的报告
- 系统维护及建设协调
- FCCP运费和发票模块持续优化
- FCCP综合报告模块设置及优化
- 关务系统中费用模块建立及优化
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- 本科学历物流管理供应链管理或商务管理等相关专业
- 2年以上物流岗位工作经验
- 有物流成本控制经验者优先
- 熟悉数据分析
- 良好的协调沟通能力
- 英语CET-6以上听说读写流利
- 熟练PPT制作熟练使用EXCELPYTHON等操作工具并具有一定的present技巧
