This isnt just a job; it is a chance to be the heartbeat of our vibrant community. You will be the go-to person for planning events building connections and making sure our residents feel like they are living their best lives.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Curating and coordinating fun inclusive activitiesfrom yoga in the park to themed socials and everything in between.
• Promote and manage lifestyle amenities such as fitness centers and social spaces.
• Acting as the friendly bridge between current residents sales teams and potential residents.
• Using your creativity to dream up engaging events that bring neighbors together and build lasting friendships.
• Gathering feedback from residents to tailor events theyll love.
• Managing and sharing the community events calendarbecause everyone needs to know when the next taco night is!
• Planning executing and attending events (yes you get to enjoy them too!).
• Championing community outreach and showcasing our lifestyle to future residents.
• Giving tours and presentations that make people say I want to live here!
• Keeping leadership in the loop with updates and event highlights.
• Pitching in with other tasks like answering phones checking messages and keeping our space looking great.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Deep knowledge of the local areawhere to eat shop play and relax.
• A confident engaging personality that makes people feel instantly welcome.
• Top-notch organizational promotional and hospitality skills.
• A knack for building relationships and rallying people together.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and some holidays (because fun doesnt always happen 9 to 5).
• Tech-savvy with strong computer and social media skills.
• Ability to use office equipment like a pro (computers phones scannersyou name it).

Requirements:

• Active Florida Drivers License
• Background check and drug screening
