$1500 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time Leadership Opportunity
Are you a strategic leader whos passionate about empowering others and ensuring high-quality care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) One Vision is hiring a Regional Services Director to oversee operations compliance and team development in our Northwestern Iowa region including Clear Lake Ventura and Garner.
What Youll Do:
Provide operational and fiscal leadership for HCBS homes in your region
Drive quality and safety initiatives to exceed state and national regulatory standards
Oversee staffing strategies retention training and performance development
Develop and implement continuous improvement processes that prioritize person-centered support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with Medicaid Waivers accreditation and agency policies
Respond to emergencies as part of on-call responsibilities
What Were Looking For:
7 years of experience in the human services field with 4 years in management
Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong financial management skills including budgeting and resource allocation
Background in IDD HCBS ICF Senior Living or Medicaid Waiver services preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Teams)
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential physical functions as needed
