Job Summary

Social Services Practitioner

Day Shift 5 x 8s 8am to 4:30pm M - F with occasional weekend shift. Must have CPI and BLS. CPI can be provided on site after hire if needed. 1year of experience at least.

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): Required
Masters Degree in social work or equivalent combination of education/experience: Required
Three years experience in a social agency hospital or other organization dealing with health and/or welfare: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Preferred

Department Specific License/Certifications:

Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM): Required
