Handling inbound customer queries from mass market and youth segment customers
Providing accurate and efficient support via phone email or chat
Escalating unresolved cases to relevant departments
Logging customer interactions with precision
Meeting performance and service quality benchmarks
Adhering to company procedures and standards during every interaction
Requirements
Must be a university graduate (students are not eligible)
Arabic fluency is required
A2 English level or above
Ready to work from the company s office in Smart Village
No prior experience required (fresh grads are welcome)
Willing to work rotational shifts (latest shift ends at 9 PM for females and 3 AM for males)
Able to work on rotational days off
Benefits
Basic Salary: EGP 5000
KPI Bonus: EGP 1255.06 (gross)
Total Gross Package: EGP 6255.06
