We are looking for highly motivated enthusiastic and passionate Fitness Professional for this Club Manager position for this leading Boutique Fitness Brand. This is an opportunity not to be missed for an experienced manager within the fitness industry ready to take that next step up into running a Club like your own business! This is a role offering a fantastic opportunity to manage an incredible brand in the boutique space with an excellent team who are motivated in delivering a high quality of are looking for exceptional commercially-minded candidates who have experience managing in the boutique space and have a proven track record of exceeding targets/KPIs.

What will you be doing

This role requires an individual who is passionate about fitness service standards and is prepared to lead from the front. As the Club Manager youll be managing the club as your own. You must have a real passion for the industry enjoy motivating members and creating a world class fitness experience! Driving sales and new membership activity is very important for this role as well as delivering quality coaching to keep members motived and engaged.

Some of the key responsibilities of this fitness job:

Meeting and exceeding studio targets and KPIs.

Passionate about people & the importance to the businessHeading up all studio operations including rotas studio payroll and completing opening/closing shifts

Delivering outstanding member service and representing the business with prideManagement and development of your team

Focusing on Member Retention and Driving New Member Sales

Being part of an amazing membership community ensuring retention

Coaching members with their goals at the heart of what you do

What are we looking for

Proven successful track record within a sales management role in the fitness industry

Energy and enthusiasm - a real people person!

Confidence! Be the face of the Club someone who loves building relationships with the team and members

Currently in a similar management role looking for your next challenge or someone looking to take the next step up within management.

Product focused and always on brand

Excellent organisational skillsProven examples of meeting/exceeding Team and Personal KPIs

Flexible with shifts and able to support with opens/ closes and weekends where required
