About the role
Were looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with some of our most important Danish this role youll act as the primary point of contact for local accounts building long-term partnerships and help shape Instabees commercial success in Denmark.
Youll work closely with our product operations and merchant success teams to create tailored solutions drive merchant adoption of our services and contribute directly to our growth strategy. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution ready to shape the future of high-impact partnerships at Instabee.
Some of the things you will do
In this role you wont just manage accounts youll be responsible for developing deep relationships with our merchants understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to support their long-term success. Youll work cross-functionally to ensure that Instabee delivers a seamless experience while also using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and track performance.
Manage merchant accounts Build trusted long-term relationships with key merchants.
Drive growth Increase adoption of Instabees services.
Advise strategically Use market insights to guide merchants on best practices and future-proof strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally Partner with product operations and merchant success to deliver a seamless experience.
Leverage data Monitor merchant performance track success and identify areas for improvement.
Advocate internally Represent the voice of local merchants and influence product and service development.
What were looking for
We believe you are a relationship builder at heart with the ability to navigate complex organisations and influence senior stakeholders. Ideally you bring experience from commercial roles in tech-driven industries such as SaaS telecom or manufacturing combining technical understanding with business acumen. You are equally comfortable driving strategic conversations with executives as you are digging into performance data to identify practical improvements. With a balance of commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills you know how to create value for both merchants and Instabee.
Degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing global or key accounts.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Skilled at navigating complex organisations and building trust at senior levels.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
Willingness to travel when required.
Fluent in Danish and English.
