Job Summary

Design/architect/implement new data version features; work with product team to map new feature requirements; design solutions; use programming languages (Golang Python Java Scala Rust JavaScript Typescript React NodeJS Bash); use databases: PostgreSQL DynamoDB CosmosDB Rocks/PebbleDB; integrate with data platforms/tools (DataBricks Spark Hadoop AWS Azure GCP); work with programming languages/databases/tools throughout companys SW stack; formulate/execute development plans; utilize companys technology stack/architecture/continuous delivery methodology/agile approach for SW life cycles; utilize companys layers of technologies (programming languages DBs communication protocols 3rd party/DevOps integration tools client-side libraries); collect data for BI purposes; track metrics of deployed features monitor performance; perform Big Data analyses; support existing features in production; fix related bugs; refactor codebase; define application programming interfaces (API) between companys servers/3rd party; maintain/enhance current modules/solutions; architect/design/implement next steps in companys SW stack evolution; act as technical mentor for development standards (scaling performance innovation); mentor employees on technical complexities of data version control system/services/corporate development methodology; serve as main liaison for technical support between Task Force engineers to accelerate new employees learning curve; perform customer onboarding support/incident resolution; function as technical support engineer for customers; ramp-up support operations to support technical support tasks; handle various technical incidents in real-time; create/improve current tools scripts queries to detect incidents; and improve/reduce handling times of tickets/across systems to increase customer satisfaction. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Computer Engineering or Software Engineering plus 5 years progressive experience.
