Founded in 2018 The Brand Collector is the first sourcing and distribution solution dedicated to second-hand luxury professionals.
Experienced in working alongside several hundred partners (marketplaces department stores depot-sales personal shoppers etc.) The Brand Collector is expanding its network day by day with a simple goal: to become the world leader in the distribution of second-hand luxury goods between professionals.
The Brand Collector is aware of environmental issues and the impact of current consumption patterns and aims to offer a more responsible and accessible alternative to the coveted world of luxury.
Tasks
As a key member of the sales department you will lead business development and account growth across the Mediterranean market (Italy Spain Portugal Greece and surrounding regions) supported by a sales assistant intern. You will play a strategic role in expanding our presence among key retail groups franchises and market leaders.
Your main missions will include:
Business Development & Key Account Leadership
- Identify engage and unlock new opportunities within major retailers franchise networks and strategic partners across the Mediterranean region.
- Develop and execute tailored commercial strategies adapted to each local market.
- Lead high-level negotiations structure complex deals and secure long-term partnerships that drive growth and brand visibility.
- Oversee onboarding and ensure continuous client development to strengthen loyalty and performance.
Prospection & Pipeline Management
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively target new accounts using multi-channel outreach (cold calling emailing LinkedIn networking trade fairs).
- Analyze clients specific market needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with both customer expectations and company goals.
- Supervise your sales assistant intern in lead generation data entry and follow-up activities.
Sales Operations
- Manage the full sales cycle: offers quotations contracts invoicing and logistics coordination.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM tracking (HubSpot) for all leads opportunities and key account activities.
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes commercial tools and internal coordination by collaborating closely with marketing logistics and finance teams while sharing field insights and best practices to strengthen the companys overall strategy across Southern Europe.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales.
- Knowledge of basic IT tools in particular the Pack Office.
- Fluency in English and Italian
- An interest in the world of luxury goods and leather goods would be a great plus!
