Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting employer branding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Share job posts and post them on social media to expand the candidate pool at suitable times.
- Support screening CVs and provide shortlists for intern positions.
- Support conducting the online HR interview round for intern & junior levels.
- Support arranging interviews with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding for new hires ensuring necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Participate in career fairs recruitment events and networking activities.
- Support the line manager on other tasks as needed.
Who You Are
- Fresh graduates in HR Business English or other related fields
- Passionate about Human Resources
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Having knowledge or background in the Digital Marketing/ Advertising industry is a plus
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills.
