About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join a leading Fintech organization. The ideal candidate should bring a strong blend of Recruitment expertise and hands-on experience in HR Operations ensuring efficient people processes and an engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions.
HR Operations: Oversee payroll compliance onboarding and exit formalities.
Administration: Handle HR documentation and day-to-day office admin functions.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to foster motivation and retention.
Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns with fairness and discretion.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Experience in the Fintech or Financial Services sector will be an advantage.
