Profile: HR Manager Leading Fintech Noida

Location: Noida
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Experience: 5–8 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join a leading Fintech organization. The ideal candidate should bring a strong blend of Recruitment expertise and hands-on experience in HR Operations ensuring efficient people processes and an engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions.

  • HR Operations: Oversee payroll compliance onboarding and exit formalities.

  • Administration: Handle HR documentation and day-to-day office admin functions.

  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to foster motivation and retention.

  • Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns with fairness and discretion.

  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.

  • Experience in the Fintech or Financial Services sector will be an advantage.
