Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care across the home.
- Supervise mentor and support nursing and care staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct clinical audits risk assessments and care plan reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to implement best practices and drive clinical excellence.
- Act as a role model for compassionate care promoting dignity respect and independence for all residents.
- Support with recruitment induction and training of new staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and incident reporting procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care home or similar setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to care delivery.
- Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to continuous professional development.
