Work Schedule:

100% FTE Day/Evening Shift Role. Monday-Friday 6am-11pm every other weekend rotating holidays. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.

Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening night and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Work Experience

Hospital experience in unit dose distribution compounding non-sterile medications including USP<795> IV admixture including USP<797> and <800> and automated dispensing machine technology. Required. Those enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy are exempt from certification requirements but will need to obtain a Pharmacy Technician-Student Designation license from IDFPR.

Licenses & Certifications

Current licensure from the State of Illinois. Candidates without a license may work in this role for 60 days from date of license application through Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation. Required
Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification within two (2) years of date license was first issued. Required
