As our RN Supervisor youll be the guardian of quality the strategist of staffing the first responder of crises and the mentor to your the Administrator and Director of Nursing are away youre the one who ensures everything still runs like a well-oiled machine.

1st Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
3rd Shift Hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am
Full-Time Part-Time and PRN shifts available
All RN Supervisors will also work E/O weekend and rotating holidays.
Compensation: $40-$50 Per Hour Dependent on Experience
shift differential for 2nd Shift 3rd Shift and Weekends

Education Requirements:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in State of Wisconsin

  • Crisis Responder Spring into action during emergencies or code calls using clinical instincts and calm under pressure to lead responses across multiple units.
  • Continuity Commander Partner with Clinical Coordinators to guarantee smooth transitions between shifts maintaining care consistency and eliminating gaps.

  • Team Empowerer Lead mentor and evaluate nursing personnel with clarity compassion and confidence helping others unlock their potential while keeping the mission on track.

  • Problem-Solving Prodigy Navigate complex situations safety hazards and incidents with expert decision-making and tactical resolution skills.

  • Family Liaison Act as the bridge between residents families and physicians providing guidance support and transparent communication when its needed most.

  • Staffing Strategist Create and adapt staffing battle plans to match real-time resident needs ensuring the right heroes are in the right places at the right times.
  • Knowledge Guardian Stay sharp and ahead of the curve with current healthcare practices legal standards and continuing education ensuring your clinical toolkit is always up to date.

  • Resident Radar Assess the physical emotional and spiritual well-being of residents detecting subtle changes and initiating powerful care interventions with precision and empathy.
  • Standards Sentinel Uphold infection control safety protocols confidentiality and professional conduct protecting both your team and those under your care

  • Facility Command Step up as the acting leader of the entire skilled nursing facility in the absence of top leadership ensuring seamless operations and unwavering care delivery.
