Join Our Team as a Front Desk Guest Service Associate!

Are you a master multitasker with a passion for providing exceptional customer service Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same If so we want you to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Gunnison CO!

We are looking for part-time / full time 3p-11pm. Monday through Friday

No relocation is provided for this position and you must be located near/in Gunnison CO

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a warm smile and check them in/out efficiently
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and dining options
Keep the front desk area clean and organized at all times
Assist with reservations room assignments and billing tasks

Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel booking software
Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
