About the Role:
As the Senior Executive Assistant you will operate at the center of Relativitys leadership and strategy. This is a highly visible strategic and demanding position that requires discretion judgment and exceptional organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with executive leadership to align priorities streamline operations and execute company-wide initiativesserving as both a gatekeeper and an accelerator. The Senior Executive Assistant will coordinate logistics streamline communication and ensure alignment of priorities. They will proactively identify opportunities to offer support and help remove bottlenecks that could impact efficiency or progress. - Manages complex calendars and prioritizes meetings based on strategic objectives
- Drafts and manages high-level communications on behalf of executives (emails briefings agendas)
- Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

- 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives ideally in high-growth or high-intensity environments
