PIPAC Health and Life Brokerage an Integrity partner is seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the health and life insurance this role you will play a critical part in connecting individuals and families with health insurance solutions that fit their needs. If you are passionate about helping others have a knack for sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact prospective clients via phone email and other communication channels to help protect their health and wealth.
  • Educate customers about available plans and services ensuring they understand their options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Effectively manage leads utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends products and regulations to provide accurate and compliant information to clients.
  • Participate in Team and Individual meetings collaborating to improve sales strategies and processes and provide feedback on goals and marketing.

Experience and skill requirements:

  • Previous sales experience preferably in health and life insurance or related industry.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills and a proven record of accomplishment meeting or exceeding sales targets working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Health and Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
