What Youll Do:

• Conduct intake assessments to determine clients needs risk level and eligibility for services.
• Develop individualized service plans including safety planning and goal setting in collaboration with each client.
• Provide ongoing emotional support crisis intervention and trauma-informed case management services.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources such as housing counseling legal aid childcare employment
• healthcare and financial assistance.
• Advocate for clients with service providers law enforcement courts and other agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes service documentation and data reporting in accordance with agency and funder requirements.
• Participate in case conferences staff meetings supervision and trainings.
• Organize and manage shelter supplies donations cleanliness and inventory to ensure facility readiness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree in social work human services or a related field.
• This position requires a valid drivers license a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.

Preferred:

• Experience working with individuals with domestic violence as a case manager.
• Knowledge of social services.
