WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring an EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist to join the EMEAs Digital Marketing team.
This role for a passionate marketeer with a brand digital marketing or media background who shares our love for sport culture and consumer insights. This person brings a perfect mix of creativity and data acumen they love pushing thinking into new innovative spaces and strive for executional excellence.
The ideal candidate has great organizational skills while also having an agile mentality and ability to work in a high pace evolving environment. Dealing with complexity and change is not an issue and this person brings incredible energy as an empathetic team player.
Experience:
- Corporate experience in marketing ideally in digital media or brand marketing.
- Experience in building and bringing marketing ad/or digital consumer journeys to life.
- Experience working in a complex organizational matrix with multiple stakeholders navigating through ambiguity to clarity.
- Proven project management and organizational skills with a track record of leading projects in autonomy and a demonstrated ability to balance between creative and operational tasks.
- Experience and interest in working with data. They are comfortable both manipulating data and drawing insights to define strategies & opportunities in their day to day.
- Passion for sports in any or all its various forms along with knowledge on the culture surrounding it.
- Familiarity working with tools such as Keynote Airtable Figma and Adobe Analytics.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you youll be working in the Digital Marketing team performing a critical role in our seasonal offense. You will use your curiosity and creativity to program and execute exceptional digital plans and bring big ideas to life. You will be obsessing the details of the end-to-end digital journey across Nike App and Email leveraging consumer and channel insights to create the best expression of the Nike brand on our digital a typical week:
- You will work both independently and in cross-functional collaborative settings.
- You will support the Digital Marketing Leads across different Sports in the definition of each campaigns digital marketing strategy and approach.
- You will own the campaigns run of show. This means you will independently manage the related deliverables owning the process from the creative briefing through to the go live moment of each piece of content interacting with multiple stakeholders throughout the process (designers copywriters content operations digital experience media etc.)
- You will attend meetings with key stakeholders from different marketing and business functions where youll represent the voice of the consumer in the development and execution of our digital marketing plans.
- You will drive the analysis and reporting of your campaigns performance seeking for opportunities to continuously innovate and unlock new opportunities.
