The Core Role: As our Roster Coordinator you will be crucial to maintaining operational excellence by creating distributing and managing accurate staff rosters.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing distributing and maintaining accurate and efficient staff rosters.
Serving as the primary point of contact for all staff rostering inquiries providing prompt resolution or directing them to the appropriate department.
Ensuring all rostering decisions strictly comply with company policies awards and relevant legislation.
What Youll Bring:
Highly Desirable: Proven experience in staff coordination scheduling or roster management.
Excellent ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple competing tasks and contributing successfully to a collaborative team environment.
A proactive self-motivated approach coupled with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills contributing positively to our team culture.
