The Wyoming Attorney Generals office seeks an experienced attorney to serve as a section supervisor in the Civil Division. This attorney will provide general supervision of the section including directing and mentoring assigned attorneys and paralegals while also engaging in all aspects of professional legal representation for various agencies of the State of Wyoming. Representation includes civil litigation and general agency advice. The selected applicant will handle an assigned caseload to include trial and appellate assignments involving sometimes complex or high-profile cases and may be called on to assist with complex or novel special assignments from the Attorney General as needed. The attorney will also advise agencies on day-to-day legal matters review administrative rules and regulations advise the agency with respect to relevant statutes and administrative procedures and review draft legislation to advise the governor and agency clients.

7 years of relevant legal experience. Has recognized expertise in at least one area of law.
