Job Summary
Position Title: Registered Nurse Infusion
Location: The Woodlands TX
Job Type: 13-week Contract Onsite
Shift: Day Shift 8:00 AM 5:00 PM MondayFriday
Hours per Week: 40
Pay Rate: Local: $1800/week Travel: $2000/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Infusionfor an exciting job in The Woodlands TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor infusion therapies including IVIG MS and MG medications
Perform IV insertions and port access with precision
Accurately calculate prepare and mix infusion medications
Monitor patients for infusion reactions and document adverse events promptly
Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
Adhere to hospital policies safety protocols and infection control standards
Participate in incident reporting and clinical quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or a compact state
Strong experience with IV infusion therapy and port access
Familiarity with medications such as IVIG MS and MG treatments (e.g. Gamunex Lequimby)
Previous experience in an infusion center or outpatient clinic preferred
Proficiency with Epic EMR required
Skilled in infusion pump operation medication preparation and incident management
Strong attention to detail sound clinical judgment and excellent patient communication
