Inside Sales Representative Bilingual

Description -

As an Inside Sales Representative you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) toretainexisting customers and createnew salesopportunities.Youllmanage the entire sales process for a range of customers focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience frominitialcontact to closing the sale.

You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle bysupporting contractual engagements building strong relationships with key influencers and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets andmaintaina healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performanceidentifyareas for improvement and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for new and existing accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
  • Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
  • Identifyopportunities to expand business within accounts and work with AEs/partners to plan account growth.
  • Independentlymanagesmallertransactional deals from qualification to closefocusingonexpandingthe product portfolioto customers.
  • Assistwithproduct selection demonstrationsresponding to requests for proposals and updating sales catalogs.
  • Oversee the sales cycle including project management pricingsolution developmentclosingsales and technical demonstrations.

Education & Experience Recommended:

  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.

  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Proventrack recordof meeting sales targets and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills.
  • Experience in direct sales and working with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to support account teams and drive sales for transactional deals.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in selling services and recurring revenue models.

  • Ability toidentifybusiness opportunities and align with strategic goals.

  • Proficiencyin digital and remote selling.

  • Experience with cross-selling and up-selling to enhance customer value.

  • Self-motivated and proactive in developing newbusiness.

  • New Technology and AI:demonstratedcuriosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologiesespecially AItoimprovesales performance andcustomer engagement.The ability to quickly learn adapt and apply digital solutions in daily workflows and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions.

Language Requirement:

Must Speak English and French

Compensation and Benefits

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is$56050 to $76250CAD annually paid as a 60%/40%(salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience skills and internal equity.

As a full time employee of HP Canada you will be eligible to participate in the companys group benefit programs including medical dental life insurance and disability coverage subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefitswill be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

Work location being Mississauga ON and working hours could vary to ensure excellent customer and partner support for all time zones in Canada.
