Job Summary

Location: Whitehall PA
Pay: $15$17/hour
Make a meaningful impact in a vibrant senior living community! As a Resident Transport Assistant youll support residents by preparing them for activities safely transporting them to appointments and fostering a warm respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with transportation and activity prep
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers
- Observe and report changes in residents conditions
- Serve snacks and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure safety and promote residents rights
Qualifications:
- Physically fit: able to lift 40 lbs walk bend and stand frequently
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Commitment to kindness dignity and respect
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
