Job Summary
Description of the role:
As a Commercial Night Service Advisor at Rowe Ford Sales you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to commercial clients during the night service hours. Hours from 3 PM to Midnight.
Responsibilities:
- Assist commercial clients with their vehicle service needs
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
