Job Summary

Were looking for someone who loves digging into the numbers and driving process this role youll handle the monthly close journal entries reconciliations and variance analysis while partnering with Operations FP&A and leadership. Youll manage accounts payable maintain the fixed asset ledger monitor cash flow and stay on top of U.S. GAAP updates. This is a hands-on role where youll support business decisions special projects and M&A activity as we continue to grow.

Manage monthly and year-end close processes preparing journal entries and reconciliations with the Controller and Operations team.

Improve close procedures to support a fast-growing organization.

Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual variance reports against budget and forecast.

Oversee accounts payable including invoice processing and bi-monthly payment runs.

Maintain the fixed asset ledger handle additions disposals and depreciation.

Monitor and report on cash balances inflows and outflows.

Stay current with U.S. GAAP updates and assist with policy implementation.

Partner with the CFO and FP&A on ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.

Assist with special projects and M&A initiatives as needed.

Requirements

BS Accounting/Finance required. 2 accounting experience. CPA or pursuing
