Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on payroll and HRIS leader to oversee bi-weekly payroll for 1000 employees across five states. Youll ensure accuracy compliance and great service while partnering with the People team on benefits and employee records.
Youll also manage and enhance our HRIS driving automation data integrity and seamless integrations with internal systems. From payroll operations to system upgrades audits and training this role is perfect for someone who loves improving processes leading change and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Oversee multi-state bi-weekly payroll for 1000 employees ensuring accuracy compliance and timely processing.
Partner with the People team to manage employee records benefits-related deductions and respond to payroll inquiries.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local wage and hour laws including garnishments benefits and tax regulations.
Maintain strict confidentiality and data security across all payroll and HRIS systems.
Lead HRIS strategy configuration and integration to enhance system functionality automation and data integrity.
Manage payroll and HRIS vendors system upgrades audits and process improvements for greater efficiency.
Develop training materials support end users and implement best practices to streamline payroll and HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related required.
5 years of payroll experience
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) preferred
