Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Elementary Level (District-Wide)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 8:30 AM 3:40 PM (37.5 hours/week guaranteed)

Position Overview:
Our team is partnering with a local school district to hire a District-Wide Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary students across multiple school sites. This is a full-time on-site opportunity focused on improving student outcomes through data-driven behavioral support collaboration and skill development within both self-contained and general education settings.
The BCBA will play a key role in supporting the Structured Teaching and Learning Room (STLR) program a specialized instructional setting designed for students with autism or other developmental delays.
The STLR program provides:
- Intensive instruction targeting communication social and behavioral skills.
- Individualized and small-group instruction in a structured supportive environment.
- Academic programming is based on alternate or modified curricula tailored to student needs.
This role involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students across both specialized (STLR) and general education programs. A core responsibility is collaborating with teachers paraprofessionals administrators and related service providers to ensure behavioral supports are applied with consistency and fidelity. The position requires collecting and analyzing behavioral data to inform intervention strategies and track student progress. Additionally the professional is responsible for providing ongoing training and coaching to staff on evidence-based behavior management techniques classroom supports and data collection methods. This role also includes participating in IEP meetings to contribute to goal setting and progress discussions. The individual will support the implementation of district-wide positive behavior support systems and act as a resource for school teams in managing challenging behaviors and fostering inclusive learning environments.
Requirements
Must have an active BCBA certification and a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field. Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred along with a strong foundation in ABA principles and positive behavior supports. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding communication skills a collaborative spirit and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a dynamic educational setting.
