The Role
As theCreative Director for our Internal Brand youll lead the vision and execution of bold effective creative strategies that inspire employee connection elevate our internal visual presence and align our internal culture with our external brand. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Brand Enablement youll guide multidisciplinary teams including design video web and copy to bring powerful ideas to life. Youll ensure our brand shows up consistently and drives impact across every facet of our internal operations partnering closely with our recruiting team employee events executive communications and operations to align creative excellence with strategic goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for a visionary who can balance strategy storytelling and execution.
Location: Employees are excited to work at least 3 days a week in our HQ office.
What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire creative teams across design video web and copy to deliver innovative high-impact work.
- Oversee campaigns from concept to completion ensuring they meet business objectives and brand standards.
- Translate business goals into actionable creative strategies that resonate with audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionallywith marketing sales and product teams to ensure creative alignment and efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and feedback helping team members grow in craft and strategic thinking.
- Manage creative resources timelines and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Stay ahead of trendsin design marketing and technology to keep our creative approach fresh and forward-thinking.

What Youll Bring
- 7 years of experiencein creative roles with at least2 years leading creative teams preferred.
- Proven ability to deliverhigh-impact creative campaignsacross digital video web and brand platforms.
- Strong understanding ofcreative strategy storytelling and brand development.
- Excellentleadership and communicationskills with a collaborative inclusive approach.
- High standards forcraftsmanship and detailacross all creative mediums.
- Experience using data and analytics toevaluate and optimize creative performance.
- Experience using Adobe Canva and DaVinci Resolve preferred.
- A continuous growth-mindset with a focus on learning embracing challenges and continuously improving.
- A knack for creativity and innovation bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
Benefits & Compensation
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary range is$90000-$105000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
