Role Definition
Manages the planning and delivery of investor meetings and events.

What You Will Do:

• Lead logistics for investor marketing events such roadshows conferences and other in-person and virtual events
• Draft and oversee email campaigns for upcoming events and other communications using CRM system
• Track investor engagement with executives and investor relations leaders
• Oversee logistics for quarterly earnings release and conference call
• Collaborate with corporate communications team in crafting media advisories prior to events such as conferences that feature an executive fireside chat and earnings calls
• Serve as the primary manager for companys investor relations website assisting with troubleshooting and updating the website as needed
• Monitor investor relations inboxes/voicemails and direct questions to appropriate subject matter experts
• Prepare materials for conferences and meetings
• Manage department calendar of marketing events and shareholder outreach initiatives
• Provide administrative support for Vice President and Senior Director of Investor Relations

What Will Set You Apart:

• Top candidates will have 3 years of experience coordinating investor events investor marketing or corporate access activities for an investor relations department or investment firm.

• Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches tools and techniques for promoting creative original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
• Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
• Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors service providers contractors consultants and suppliers).

• This position will be located in Irving TX
• This role requires 5 days a week in office
• Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify

• Domestic travel up to 10%
