On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Supervisor

Location: Iringa

Role Purpose:

A retail supervisor is responsible for managing store operations and staff to ensure smooth profitable and customer-focused operations. Ability to guide motivate and develop a team of retail employees Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff. Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Evaluation:

Provide regular feedback conduct performance reviews and coach employees to improve their skills and productivity.

Tracking sales performance and review targets in alignment with companys goals.

Motivation:

Lead motivate and foster a collaborative environment to help the team achieve its goals and maintain high performance

Identify opportunities to increase sales.

Implement strategies to meet sales targets.

Reporting and Audit:

weekly and Monthly reports on Sales performance

weekly and Monthly stock audit reports

Attendance report for all Sales staff

Shop visit Summary report

Keep up with local market trends and competitor activities

Communication and Training:

Serve as a conduit for information between employees and upper management relaying company goals updates and feedback in both directions.

Coordinate with other Departments to support smooth operations for Retail shop sales

Onboard new hires provide ongoing training and identify career advancement opportunities for team members.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications / Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business Development Sales & Marketing or Accounting
14 years of relevant experience
Basic computer skills

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Willingness to travel.
