Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (CDT) with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
Total Weekly Hours: 16 hours

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their growing this part-time role youll focus on generating leads managing client relationships and closing sales all while providing exceptional service and contributing to business growth.

Youll engage with prospective clients through calls emails and social media qualify leads and guide them through the sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills a persuasive attitude and a passion for achieving measurable results in a fast-paced remote environment.


Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and social media.

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and schedule meetings or calls between prospects and account executives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities in the CRM system.

  • Build and nurture strong long-term client relationships.

  • Follow up on inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations

  • Conduct product or service presentations and demos for potential clients.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.

  • Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales outcomes.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

  • Track key sales metrics and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.



Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

  • Strong phone presence with experience making multiple calls per day.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong listening presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
