Job Summary

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in managing conveyancing files from instruction to settlement
  • Prepare draft and lodge documents including contracts transfers and settlement statements
  • Liaise with clients solicitors real estate agents and financial institutions
  • Conduct property searches and verify property details
  • Manage correspondence and maintain accurate file records in the case management system
  • Coordinate settlement arrangements and ensure all timelines are met
  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team


Requirements

  • Previous experience in conveyancing in Queensland (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software (Smokeball preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
  • Professional courteous and client-focused attitude
