Job Summary

As a Solution Architect you will:

Lead high-priority projects within the rural core banking and lending domain.
Collaborate closely with project teams and area architects to control the current architecture and define target architectures.
Design project-specific solutions aligned with strategic objectives and target architecture.
Provide architectural guidance to squads during implementation ensuring scalability performance and compliance.
Work collaboratively with multiple regional teams and head office architecture groups to address architectural questions and align with global standards.
Contribute to a large-scale systems transformation and simplification strategy ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 710 years of experience in solution architecture with a strong focus on systems transformation and customer management applications.
Proven experience in banking or financial services (minimum 3 years).
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure including DevOps and API Pipelines.
Strong documentation skills (Project Start Architecture documents transition documentation etc.).
Hands-on experience in digital architecture core banking solutions and rural lending systems.
Preferred experience with Salesforce nCino APEX development API creation RPA development and AFSVision.

You should possess the ability to:

Manage multiple stakeholders effectively and create organizational buy-in through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work independently while ensuring alignment and transparency within your team and wider environment.
Adapt between strategic architectural direction and tactical implementation with agility.
Thrive in a highly matrixed Agile environment balancing priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrate critical thinking problem-solving and leadership in complex transformation projects.
