The Company seeks to engage a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for developing an innovative business model expanding our customer base building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Job Summary

The Business Development Officer will support the founder in planning organizing and executing all key activities required to successfully launch and establish the company as well as assist in training and supervising staff.



Requirements

Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
13 years of experience in business development operations or administrative roles preferably within the cleaning hospitality or service industry.
Proven ability to support business setup planning and client acquisition activities.

Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.
Ability to work remotely while maintaining accountability and timely reporting.
Proactive result-oriented and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
Basic understanding of marketing branding and customer service principles.

Additional Advantage
Prior exposure to cleaning operations facilities management or start-up environments will be a plus.
Knowledge of social media or digital marketing tools is desirable.
