About The Role
We are a leading importer and distributor of high-quality industrial tools and blades seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships in the construction aviation horticulture and mechanical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls client visits and digital outreach
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across target industries
Promote and position premium European brands to prospective clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals
Track and report on sales performance market trends and competitor activity
Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and client meetings
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial product marketing
Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or related field
Strong understanding of the Kenyan construction and engineering market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and digital marketing platforms
Self-driven goal-oriented and able to work independently
Valid drivers license and/or willingness to travel locally
