Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate excels in communication problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences while identifying opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with customers.

  • Understand customer needs preferences and challenges to provide personalized support.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions.

2. Account Management

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups to strengthen engagement.

3. Customer Service Excellence

  • Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure issues are resolved efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads.

5. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM software.

  • Track and analyze customer interactions sales activities and performance metrics.



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.

  • Experience: 13 years in Customer Service Sales or Account Management.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM Salesforce HubSpot).

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).


Core Skills

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer-centric approach and relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Self-motivated organized and capable of working independently or in a team.

  • Adaptable to changing business priorities and deadlines.
