This position is open to current Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) staff only.

A permanent On-CallCrew Managervacancy has become available at theBury St Edmunds Fire Station.

This role is conditioned to the On-Call duty system and will be filled based on eligibility and performance.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service are looking to fill this vacancy with a motivated and committed individual who can demonstrate strong organisational values in line with SCC and SFRS.

  • Question 4:What are the challenges you feel SFRS are facing regarding the recruitment and retention of on-call personnel both now and in the future
