Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an IT specialist (preferably in telecommunications or recruitment).
- Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure or recruitment technology systems (ATS CRM tools VoIP integrations).
- Proven proficiency in hardware configuration software deployment and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory Office 365 Exchange and virtualization tools.
- Familiarity with network switches routers firewalls (Cisco Mikrotik Fortinet etc.).
- Strong understanding of data security and backup systems.
- Excellent diagnostic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network CCNA MCSA ITIL) are a strong advantage.
