Status: 80 hours per two week pay period
Shift: 8:00 am 4:30 pm (Can be flexible with hours once training is complete)
Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Remote Position: Can be remote or hybrid

Job Summary
Reviews the medical record to assign diagnosis and procedure codes in accordance with the Standards of Ethical Coding as stated by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) in compliance with ICD10 coding guidelines CMS guidelines and other regulatory requirements. These codes are used for billing statistics and reporting data. Proper coding is essential to collecting optimal reimbursement for services.
