Position Summary
The Manager Sales Operations is responsible for leading a small team of employees responsible for maintaining the precision and accuracy of order entry and booking processing for EGMs ETGs Tables and Utility products. Developing revising and adhering to quality standards while addressing configuration and billing issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance order quality is crucial for success in this role.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and mentor a small team of employees in analyzing order data for accuracy ensuring compliance with standard practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement inspection methods to evaluate the precision of order entry and product configuration.
- Prepare documentation for order review procedures and address software jurisdictional billing and configuration issues.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve order quality issues and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements and provide support for new product launches.
- Manage system holds and alerts ensuring timely order booking and review.
- Coordinate lead time management to align with revenue recognition dates and customer expectations.
- Input required dates based on lead times configurations and business requirements
- Handle exception management including expediting and early release execution
Qualifications
Qualifications: Training and/or Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in similar customer service/manager roles
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of parts sales/finished goods operations
- Knowledge of company shipping procedures and regulations
- Good communication presentation writing and problem-solving skills.
Education:
High School Diploma Required
