What are we looking for

Are you ready to dive into the world of a fast-paced cybersecurity company As a member of our Workplace and Operations team you wont just be an intern; youll be the backbone of our office the friendly face of our company and a key player in creating a vibrant and welcoming work environment.

What will you do

• Being the face of our company. Youll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doorsfrom clients and partners to our own employees.
• Creating a thriving office culture. You will help us plan and execute fun events from themed happy hours to team-building off-sites. Your creativity will directly contribute to making our office a great place to be.
• You will keep things running smoothly by managing essential office operations like supplies mail logistics & refreshment programs. Youll also work closely with our building management and other vendors to ensure our space is always in top condition.
• Collaborating on important projects. You will gain valuable experience by helping with budget planning and creating reports that track how we use our office space and other local or global projects. This is a chance to see the business side of a tech company and contribute to real-world decisions.

What skills and knowledge should you bring

• Exceptional Communication: You must have excellent communication skills in both English and Czech/Slovak with fluency in writing and speaking.
• Organizational Prowess: Your ability to stay highly organized and manage tasks with a keen eye for detail is crucial.
• Adaptability and Initiative: A can-do attitude is a must. You should be flexible thrive in a fast-paced setting and demonstrate a proactive and independent mindset.
• Problem-Solving: Were looking for someone with a service-oriented and solution-focused approach who can tackle challenges creatively.
• Relevant Experience: We value experience in student clubs volunteer groups or event organization. These experiences highlight your ability to manage tasks and work effectively with others.
