About the Role:
Are you a law student passionate about technology and innovation Join CyberArks IP team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of cybersecurity and intellectual property. You will collaborate with engineers product managers and legal professionals to identify patentable inventions assess IP risks and support compliance with open-source licensing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patent research and competitive analysis in cybersecurity.
- Review invention disclosures and assist in drafting patent-related documentation.
- Support IP due diligence and risk assessments for open-source and third-party software.
- Participate in strategy meetings and provide legal and technical insights.
- Maintain and organize IP records and databases.

Qualifications :
- Law student with at least 18 months remaining before graduation OR student in a technical field with interest in IP law.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Previous experience in cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with patent processes.
