What Youll Do:
- Engage in business development activities including identifying growth opportunities
- Lead and support projects focused on change management transactions M&As talent organizational design and culture in fast-paced tech environments and non-tech sectors
- Conduct market research stakeholder interviews and data-driven analysis
- Deliver clear actionable insights to senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with EYs multidisciplinary teams to drive people-centric transformation and deliver end-to-end solutions
- This role is an integral part of the People Advisory Services (PAS) consulting team. You will report directly to the PAS Executive Director within EY Parthenon. This is an individual contributor role with no current supervisory responsibilities
What Were Looking For:
- Proven consulting experience ideally in high-tech or fast-paced industries with at least 8 years of professional experience
- Relevant business experience as a senior HR or Organizational Development (OD) professional is a plus
- Academic degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in Project Management
- Fluent English both written and verbal
- Strong expertise in change management organizational development and HR transformation
- Excellent communication analytical and presentation skills
- A curious multitasking and collaborative mindset
