Peninsula Leisure (PL) a wholly owned subsidiary of Frankston City Council is an industry leadingorganisation focused on reimagining community health and wellbeing experiences currently throughthe management of Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) and The Pines Forest Aquatic Centre(Pines)and Frankston Skate Park.

A day in the life of our Customer Experience super stars includes:

• Meeting and greeting members and guests;
• Answering phone calls;
• Responding to emails;
• Processing transactions in our point-of-sale system;
• Membership sales;
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed;
• Cash handling;
• Cleaning;
• Undertake administrative tasks as required.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Must be available Evenings Weekends and Public Holidays
• Ability to work a minimum 3 shifts per week.
• Strong customer service experience
• The ability to work independently and within a team
• Well-developed written and verbal communication
• Computer literacy skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Working with Children Check (employee)
• Current HLTAID009 CPR qualification

The successful applicants must possess minimum qualifications and will be subject to a satisfactory criminal records history check.
