The Office of Housing Support within the Ohio Department of Developmentis presently hiring for a Housing Grant Analyst 2 to contribute to a team of dedicated individuals who share a passion for supporting Ohio communities in their mission to increase affordable housing.
What youll be doing:
Review and monitor housing grant and loan projects for compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct on-site visits to evaluate administrative financial and program performance.
Provide technical assistance to grantees in application preparation program implementation and record keeping.
Review and analyze grant and loan applications reports and drawdown requests for accuracy and completeness.
Assist grantees and applicants in structuring eligible projects and identifying funding opportunities.
Deliver training and guidance to grantees local officials and partner organizations on program requirements and compliance.
Prepare reports correspondence and informational materials related to housing and community services programs.
Maintain accurate program records and enter data into grant management systems.
Provide professional customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholders.
Travel as required may include overnight stays.
