Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to uncover strategic opportunities and deliver actionable research insights that influence healthcare decisions.
Transform large-scale healthcare datasets into clear compelling stories that guide business strategy and improve patient outcomes.
Champion best practices in data analytics and governance elevating our research capabilities and ensuring high-quality reproducible results.
Identify and interpret trends in complex data presenting findings in ways that inspire action and drive continuous improvement.
Develop proposals manuscripts reports and visualizations that communicate the value of our products and services to diverse audiences.
Lead and contribute to research projects adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results that matter.
Qualifications
Required:
Preferred:
Degree in epidemiology public health health outcomes health services research Pharmacoeconomics health economics or a related quantitative/social science field.
PhD with at least 1 year of applied research experience or Masters with 3 years or Bachelors with 6 years of applied healthcare research in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of medical diagnosis procedure and pharmacy coding schemas (ICD CPT HCPCS NDC SNOMED).
Understanding of real-world data (RWD) real-world evidence (RWE) public health research or regulatory submissions.
